Packrat Louie
10335 83 Avenue, Edmonton

The renovation of Packrat Louie encompassed both portions of the interior and exterior of the building. Due to the historical significance of the building collaboration with the design team and the City of Edmonton was paramount. The age of the building required considerable attention to detail and thinking "outside the box" to create a finished project that was beautiful.

Kline Jeweler
Fort Edmonton Park

This historical reconstruction was completed on behalf of the Jewish Archives and Historical Society of Edmonton. The H.B. Kline Jewelry Store was originally open some time between 1904 and 1908. Attention to  detail was crucial to ensure historical accuracy. Fabrication and installation of wooden millwork walls were just one of the intricate components of the project.

One of the additional challenges of this project was the frequent visits inside the building of the parks free roaming goats.

Triple Flip
West Edmonton Mall

The look of Triple Flip is quite unique and required several detailed and complicated components to fit together like a hand in a glove. The white laminate millwork "pod" clothing displays with curved edges and the millwork partition wall separating the retail space from the changing area are only two components of this project that were exciting and challenging.

Many of the pieces had to be fabricated off site then installed in the space ensuring everything would fit together perfectly.

O-Laff-O Fun House
Fort Edmonton Park
The O-Laff-O Fun House is located on the 1920's Midway area of Fort Edmonton Park. A more modern fun house was purchased and reconstructed to reflect the 1920's era. The fun house includes a mirror maze, turning barrels, and moving walkways.
A highly specialized team of carpenters was employed to create an experience to remember for visitors to the Fun House.
As with all Goldwing Construction projects attention to safety was critical for this project.
