ISL has had the distinct pleasure of working with Goldwing Construction in our current building on various renovation projects since 2004. During that time, we have done larger renovation projects involving completely changing areas of our building, to small repair and re-fresh type projects. No matter what the project size, we have always received excellent service and support from Goldwing.

The personnel they assign to our projects have always been stellar. They understand that the relationship is valued higher than the actual work and that shows through in how they conduct themselves. Their Project Managers and Site Superintendents are informed and have always been on top of the work that is going on in our building. Our observations are that they also treat their subcontractors that they use the same way. Yes, there have been challenges from time to time. These are unavoidable when renovating existing spaces, but Goldwing always sits with us and we work the issues out together.

We, at ISL, would have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending Goldwing Construction as a contractor for commercial or institutional building construction or renovation work. We have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with them over the years. A relationship that is built on trust.
