Park West Building Ltd.

We engaged Goldwing Construction Inc. to do a complete office renovation in the summer of 2021. The scope was to gut and rebuild a 4000 SF office that was 1980 vintage. It included removing and re- installing wiring, IT infrastructure, plumbing, floors, offices, ceiling, HVAC and lighting.

Bernie Kiers was our Project Manager and Stephen Bland was Site Supervisor.

Bernie coordinated with our preferred architect, organized the contractor bids and maintained a budget. He was available when we needed him and was very good to work with. When we asked if we could use his electrical contractor for additional work on the rest of the building, Bernie released him so he was not under the GoldWing contract. We appreciated that gesture as it allowe us to keep the same electrical contractor and reduce duplication.

Stephen handled the on-site work. He set up a safety program, ensured the site was secure and did what was expected as the Prime Contractor. Since the job was relatively small, Stephen did a significant amount of the work so the supervision costs were reasonable in relation to the work.

Overall, we were very pleased with the work that GoldWing did and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone else.
