I had the pleasure of contracting Mark and the team at Goldwing on our most recent office buildout. I've done several build outs in my career and this one, far and away, exceeded all prior experiences.

A big reason for that is Mark, and how he communicates, specifically. Mark is one of the most pro-active communicators I've encountered, in any profession.

He clearly laid out the process and the expectations. But the most impressive part about Mark is how he eliminates surprises and deals with bad news. No construction project is without hiccups, especially in the current environment of staffing challenges and supply chain issues.

And there's two ways people can deal with hiccups; ignore them and hope you don't notice, or deal with them proactively and honestly.

Mark always chose the latter and the depth of trust it builds is actually quite profound. It's something I try to emulate in my own relationships because of how well Mark models this.

Mark's values and approach to relationships permeates his entire team too.
