The stakeholders at KRP and I would like to express our appreciation, we have enjoyed all our projects with Goldwing Construction. In my experience the successful completion of a project depends on picking the right company, with a great team, and trusting them.

We have been impressed with Goldwing's ability to complete all our projects on time and on budget, whether Stipulated Price or Construction Manager. Our CEO has commented he has been very happy with the overall costing and after his review, the actual costs were bang on to the budgets. Being an accounting firm, you can imagine how much we value such accuracy. A credit to your team and Goldwing's involvement in the Pre-Construction phases.

l wish to convey my pleasure with respect to your onsite employees. They were knowledgeable and confident with the project and its process. They were particularly attentive to our concerns and followed up with great communication. The friendly environment made the relations with the building owners feels like everyone was on the same page.

As I understand KRP's first project with you Mark was in the early 90's. Working together in Manulife Place, Bell Tower and most recently 9888 Jasper. That is remarkable. We will continue to hire Goldwing Construction for all our construction needs and recommend you and the Goldwing team to our friends and clients.
