Project Summary:
Tenant improvement including new offices, boardroom, washrooms, exterior windows, RTU, and finishes. Work was completed in an occupied space, requiring careful coordination and structural modifications.
I had the pleasure of contracting Mark and the team at Goldwing on our most recent office buildout. I've done several build outs in my career and this one, far and away, exceeded all prior experiences.
In 2022, we had a need to replace steel security doors in our facility. The doors requiring replacement are instrumental in the safety of our employees and customers, and the security of our property. Due to this, the timing of the project was critical.
Our experience with Goldwing Construction was excellent. Goldwing met their deadlines; they were straightforward to work with, helpful in making difficult last-minute decisions, and respectful of our unique design wishes.
We engaged Goldwing Construction Inc. to do a complete office renovation. The scope was to gut and rebuild a 4000 SF office that was 1980 vintage. It included removing and re- installing wiring, IT infrastructure, plumbing, floors, offices, ceiling, HVAC and lighting.
We have worked with many GC’s within the past several years and without a doubt, Mark and his team have been one of the best to deal with. They have recently finished a large interior renovation in one of our downtown buildings which included a lobby, gym, social room, and leasing office.
Over this past year, Goldwing Construction was retained as the prime general contractor through the tender process on 3 different major capital projects for Centurion Property Associates Inc.
We continue to be impressed by the care and effort that Goldwing puts in to working in our occupied residential spaces. Goldwing has performed its work while respecting our residents and keeping them safe. Goldwing had also implemented extra safety measures required during this pandemic to ensure everyone's safety.
Catholic Social Services worked with Goldwing Construction on various renovation projects over the last few years. The scope of work has included interior and exterior construction. CSS has received excellent service and support from Goldwing and their subcontractors.
This letter is written in recommendation of Goldwing Construction Inc. We had interviewed several companies as candidates for this work and were most impressed by the communication during this tender period. We were incredibly happy with their proposal and set off together on this project.
Being new to asset management we needed to develop and take care of our building both routinely and for our staffs needs. We used several other contractors to fix smaller items on the building at first but was never really satisfied with the quality or the care that those contractors invested in their work.

Medisys Health Group Inc (Horizon OHS) had the pleasure of working with Goldwing Construction and their team during the renovation of our Edmonton occupational health clinic during Q3/Q4 of 2020.
