Project Summary:
Goldwing completed a full-scale refurbishment of a four-story, 60,000 sq. ft. hotel tower in Leduc, Alberta, including upgrades to 116 guest suites and the construction of new lobby areas. The project also featured the addition of a new elevator, a complete exterior envelope upgrade with stone, stucco, and Hardie Board finishes, and a new main entrance with vestibule and Porte Cochère.
