Project Summary:
Goldwing Construction completed a full interior renovation and office fit-out. The scope of work included complete interior demolition, construction of new demising walls, and the full build-out of offices, washrooms, lobby spaces, and support areas. Mechanical upgrades were also completed, including the supply and installation of two new rooftop units and associated duct distribution to support the new layout.
